"I am a learner teacher with approximately 7 months of experience as an English teacher, starting from May 2024. My first full-time teaching opportunity at Mr. Pepsi Upgrade LC in Pare, Kediri, significantly enhanced my speaking skills. Over the past 4 months, I have successfully handled programs like Grammar for Speaking 1, Grammar for Speaking 2, Let's Talk 2, and Smash Speak. Additionally, I participated in evaluations and training sessions, including class management, microteaching, and more, which further refined my teaching abilities. I also had the pleasure of teaching the Fun Kids Program for elementary students in Pare, Kediri. This experience introduced me to fun learning methods and techniques to create a comfortable English learning environment. I firmly believe that students thrive when their tutors are approachable, supportive, and create a friendly atmosphere. My teaching philosophy centers around making the classroom a cozy space for learning, discussion, and easy comprehension of material"
