Working as Admin Sales at Englishvit, you will be responsible for several jobs bellow:

Data Entry: Accurately enter sales orders, customer information, and other relevant data into our CRM system or sales database.

Order Processing: Assist in processing orders, verifying pricing and quantities, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing information about orders, delivery status, and resolving inquiries.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.

CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and up-to-date customer information, interactions, and sales activities.
